The present work is a historical research on the "Ashura event" and how it was formed and occurred.
In this research, first the attributes of Imam Hussein (AS) and his virtues and his pure family are introduced, then Yazid ibn Mu'awiyah and his evil family are introduced.
Then the manner and cause of the formation of Ashura is mentioned and the way of Imam Hussein leaving Medina to Mecca and from there to Kufa and entering the land of Karbala and how the bloody uprising of that Imam is described.
The author describes the various sufferings of Imam Hussein and his family and companions along with some of the mystical and doctrinal teachings of Ashura and reports the events after Ashura, especially the uprising of Tawabin and the uprising of Mukhtar Saghafi and the revenge of the martyrs of Karbala.
